This list of Employee Assistance and Substance Abuse Professionals is maintained as a courtesy to our members. Individuals listed will include EAPA GNO members in Louisiana and EAPA members in other Louisiana chapters as outline in our Website Policy and Procedures.
In order to be listed a EAPA GNO EAP / SAP application must be completed and submitted. Individuals will not automatically be listed by joining EAPA nationally or a local EAPA chapter. If you are a member and wish to be listed, please click on, complete and return the registration form above.
