<strong>Michael W. Wilkerson, M.D.: Dr. Wilkerson is the Medical Director of Bradford Health Services Extended Care Program in Warrior, Alabama. Since his medical career began in 1988, Dr. Wilkerson has worked as the Medical Director of Talbott Recovery Campus in Atlanta Georgia as well as the Medical Director of North Carolina’s Physician Health Program. Dr. Wilkerson’s extensive list of publications has included articles on substance abuse, dual diagnosis, co-dependency and family issues caused by alcoholism, the disruptive physicians and professional sexual misconduct.<br />

<strong>Jackie E. Fazeli, R.N., L.C.S.W.: Ms. Fazeli currently is the Healthcare Professional Advocate of Bradford Health Services in Warrior, Alabama. As a guest speaker Ms. Frazeli has provided presentations to Alabama, Tennessee and Florida Bar Association, Alabama Association of Social Workers, and The Georgia Nursing Association as well as a variety of healthcare agencies in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.</p>

<strong><em>Richard L. Barrett, MSW, LMSW-ACP, CEAP:</em></strong> Mr. Barrett completed his undergraduate degree at Loyola and obtained his master’s degree in social work at St. Louis University, School of Social Service. Mr. Barrett is currently the manager of the City of Houston EAP.</p>
<p><strong><em>Jeffrey P. Christie, LCSW, CEAP:</em></strong> Mr. Christie serves as the Global Manager of the Halliburton EAP. He has worked for the past 25 years in the field of chemical dependency and employee assistance.  He has provided EAP services for Conoco, Pennzoil and a large external EAP vendor.  He is a primary author of the book, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ethical Dilemmas in Workplace Counseling: A Case Book</span>.</p>
<p><strong><em>John Hyatt, LMSW, CEAP:</em></strong> Mr. Hyatt has a Master of Social Work degree from Denver University, Denver, CO. He has over 20 years experience in providing and managing EAP’s. Mr. Hyatt has written several publications concerning EAP and is currently the Director of MD Anderson Cancer Centers EAP.</p>
<p><strong><em>Michael S. Klaybor, Ed.D., LPC, LMFT, LCDC, CHt, CEAP</em></strong><em>:</em> Dr. Klaybor has been providing professional consulting services to help individuals, organizations and teams succeed for more that 15 years.  He has been coaching athletes and executives in the areas of communication, problem solving, visioning, mental rehearsal, stress management, relaxation and work/life balance.</p>
<p><strong><em>Stephen Pierrel, Ph.D.:</em></strong> Dr. Pierrel is a Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. He is also the Director of Psychological Services for the Houston Fire Department.</p>
